Great service here, food was so delicious. Sunday pancake is a must, I'm still dreaming of it! Restaurant was a little stacked but not too bad, great service and food made up for that. There is also outdoor seating which is more roomy. But I highly recommend stopping in for a lovely brunch!

Great vibes and great food! We've heard all the great things about this places brunch menu but we figured we'd give it a shot for dinner and it did not disappoint! Drink list was phenomenal and the service was attentive even on a busy night. Highly recommend this place and looking forward to trying the brunch! What we got: Coconut Shrimp 9/10 Ribs 8.6/10 Artichoke/Spinach Pita 8.2/10 Hangar steak 8.7/10 Chicken Cesar Salad 9.1/10

Oh my gosh what a delightful spot. I wish we had space in our tummy to try the pancakes, they looked divine! What we did try was fantastic and simply satisfying. The fries were skinny little bounces of herbs and salt when mashed in Dijon served a crunchy smile. The mole omelette had an incredible balance of goat cheese, mushrooms, mole flavor and the side salad was perfectly seasoned. I loved the warm grain bowl and found the spices warming and charming - not too much in any way! Finally our drinks were delicious, well balanced and nothing to blow your mind but rather a guaranteed smile. Satisfying, friendly, comfortable and bright. A great spot!

Ordered: Single Sunday Pancake (~$17): with Hazelnut Maple Praline and Brown Butter Steak & Eggs (~$36): 6oz Brandt Farms Hanger Steak, Lemon Gremolata, Scrambled Eggs, Cheddar, Long Island Home Fries, Multigrain Toast Aya's take: Finally found myself at Sunday in Brooklyn! This is the kind of place you need to make a reservation for in advance so plan ahead if you want to come here. I've been meaning to try their famous Sunday Pancake which is on so many best NYC pancake lists! The Sunday Pancake is thick, fluffy, and sweet. The Hazelnut Maple Praline and Brown Butter make it so decadent and addicting, and although it's a not a traditional pancake, it was really well done and I can see why it's a NYC favorite. The Steak & Eggs had so much potential but was just fine. The scrambled eggs were soft, buttery, and light. The portion of steak was abysmal. As you can see in the picture, the portion was so tiny, there's no way that's 6oz of meat. Some of the home fries were undercooked and overall not edible. Steak & Eggs is usually a go-to for me for brunch but this one just misses the mark. All in all, get the Sunday Pancake and keep your expectations low for their other menu items. PS, I thought it was cool that they sometimes do complimentary rides home in a Rivian.

Ordered the Cheddar Scramble for the main and was pleasantly surprised. The eggs were cooked well - Not overcooked and were still light and tasty. The sausage was good, but I was disappointed with the home fries. Despite appearing like they'd be packed with flavor, they were under-seasoned and lacked any kick or flavor. The portion was extremely generous! Had the Champagne Problems to drink, which was a much bubbly spritz drink with strawberry and lemon, and was a great brunch pick me up! Service was great here, our waitstaff, despite having a large amount of tables, checked in frequently and brought us over any condiments, butter, salt pepper etc. quickly. The inside was more spacious than I expected, with a front, back, and outdoor seating section. Might not come back for this dish in particular, but would like to return and try their famous pancakes!

A lovely brunch spot for a Saturday or Sunday by yourself or with friends to catch up on life. I've been here many times and their food is delicious and fresh tasting, great service and staff, and if you can sit outside during the warm months it adds to the classic NYC brunch in the summer vibes. Those pancakes are soooo good! It's a popular spot and in a happening part of Williamsburg. So try to go earlier or later than typical dining times to avoid a long wait. If they accept reservations, I recommend making one. Relax, enjoy and let the Sunday in Brooklyn staff take care of you!

Sunday in Brooklyn has been sitting in my bookmarks for quite some time - it periodically makes the rounds on my Yelp feed and I thought it looked like a place I would be interested in. Brooklyn isn't exactly in my backyard, and life happens so I never got to check this place out until today when I was looking for a spot to brunch with my parents. This seemed to fit the bill, so off we went. As suggested by the name, SiB aims to emulate the feelings and fare typically served on a Sunday (at least, from my perspective, Sunday brunch). The location has an inviting exterior with outdoor seating and a bright awning, while the interior is somewhat small with exposed brick and high ceilings. They don't take reservations for weekend brunch, but since it was a weekday I was easily able to book a table. The majority of the seating was banquette style, though there is also stool seating at the bar and I heard there's an upstairs area as well. The menu contained a good variety of brunch dishes as well as cocktails. We passed on cocktails, though we did start with two of their toasts: the ricotta with roasted berry and the avocado. Both of them were tasty - the former had a good balance of sweet and creamy, but I thought the latter was stronger. I know that every restaurant has avocado toast these days and that it's kinda basic, but they did a good job keeping the avo somewhat chunky and topping it with Calabrian chili. The sourdough was a good base and they kept it thick to withstand the toppings. For my main, I decided to go carb heavy and get the Sunday Pancakes - I've seen these all over their social media and I couldn't resist. The cakes were topped with a maple praline syrup, and I had the choice of up to three cakes (I went with three, because brunch). The dish was good - the pancakes almost had a corn-like consistency to them, though they didn't contain corn. They were also pretty fluffy so despite there being three cakes it wasn't heavy - besides being visually appealing, I can see why this is a hot ticket item. I also got a side of chicken sausage - this was good, though there was some sort of flavor in them that was unfamiliar to me. I didn't dislike the flavor, it was just different and unexpected. Service was great - food came out at a good pace and our server was really friendly. Overall, I had a great experience at Sundays in Brooklyn - I can see why this is a hotspot and would definitely return to explore more of their menu.

Firstly be ready to wait about an hour to be seated!! Small cute spot, I mean if you don't mind the person next to you hearing your conversation then it's great. Wow best hot drink I ever had, can't remember its name. It's like a hot chocolate. The food was extremely good. I loved the Long Island home fries. The pancake was not like any normal pancake looked like a pound cake. But delicious

Definitely 5/5. Came with my family for Sunday brunch on Mother's Day. We waited an hour for a party of 6 and it was definitely worth the wait. The restaurant has many tables and multiple floors, but I would definitely recommend checking out the reservations that come out 30 days prior if you want to avoid the wait. There aren't many options on the menu and my family opted to try different dishes. Everything was remarkable and was brought out fairly quickly. The grain bowl had a velvety egg, fresh veggies, and the most beautiful avocado. It was hearty and a well-balanced choice. The pancakes were incredibly unique. They were thick, filling, and had a cake-like texture. The outside glaze had a burnt caramel taste and was delicious. I would definitely recommend trying these pancakes. We ordered 3 pancakes to share, but 1 pancake was filling. Shakshuka is one of my favorite meals and this entree from Sunday and Brooklyn was paired with an incredible warm focaccia. The shakshuka was sweet and tangy and the feta crumble added a creamy texture. The mediterranean salad was vibrant! It was packed with flavor and gorgeous topping. The restaurant was busy but the service was fast and the servers were helpful. I will definitely return! Loved the greenery inside of the restaurant. Also, there are many outdoor seats available but this was a rainy day so we opted to sit inside.

After my previous al fresco brunch experience, I returned to the scene of the foodie crime with a couple of friends. This time I dined indoors in their quaint and soothing candle lit space. And like brunch, dinner did not disappoint with Isabel as our server. While we kept it simple with salad, pizza, and burgers, it was beyond simple. Before I arrived I knew I was going to order the pizza and it was perfect to include a nice crispy crust. We delighted in: SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP White Cheddar, Sourdough (Hot. Cheesy. Tasty.) WOOD ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS Toasted Pistachio, Golden Raisins, Lemon Gremolata (A perfect mix of sweet and savory.) WOOD FIRED SICILIAN PIZZA Spicy Salami / Red Sauce, Mozzarella, Fennel Salami, Hot Cherry Peppers, Sesame Crust HOT CHICKEN SANDWICH Crispy Chicken Thigh, Chipotle, Lime Crema, B&B Pickles, Cilantro, Sesame Potato Bun w/Sunday Fries MEDITERRANEAN SALAD W/GRILLED SHRIMP Chopped Lettuce, Feta, Focaccia Croutons, Cucumbers, Kalamata Olives, Marinated Artichokes, Grilled Peppers, Red Onion LYCHEE DROP Lemongrass Mezcal, Jasmine, Lychee, Cucumber Bitters SUNDAY ESPRESSO MARTINI Mezcal, Mr Black Coffee, Vanilla Bean, Banana (We requested this brunch cocktail.) Mmmm... Bon Appetit! Cheers! Enjoy!
